Thank you for not throwing my package carelessly like the last 2 previous carriers

Great delivery! Kept me up to date on the timing which I appreciated.

Package was delivered on time and safely at my front door.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Adidas and they used Veho and they” lost”my package. It always makes it to their warehouse in Orlando, FL just never my front door. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I bet 9 times out of 10 the people working inside are crooked, and probably stole my package and claimed that it was lost.

Another day delivery delay. First delivery Oct 11, delayed. Second delivery Oct 12. Didn’t come, wasn’t notified. Oct 13, no one to deliver the package. Oct 14 promised and failed. Oct 15 is the new promise. I have my doubts. Meanwhile, I’ve paid the company who shipped the items I can’t get to my house. They’re located over the bridge in Philly, I’m literally 20 minutes from Philly
I will never order from the vendor again either as this is the only company they use to deliver

This is the worse delivery service. Driver sent picture of building as proof of delivery. Package never recieved.

This is the first delivery from Veho and everything went smoothly. I was notified of the time frame in which they would deliver. It was left right in front of my door well within the time specified. Driver was pleasant.

Ringing the doorbell. I had my door open and they are so quiet that I never heard them.

They let you know from the day before when your package will come. The deliveries have come on time and in good shape.

I appreciate the timely delivery and the status updates. Value this service provider. I also am told that they hire disabled and neurodivergent people which is very important to me. I will always select third parties that do when I have the chance.

Even though I would prefer for them to come upstairs with the package since sometimes they steal them from the building. At least he sent the pictures so I was able to go and get the package Thank You so much.

I got a text that my package was one stop away and then a text saying it had been delivered. There was an image that said “photo cannot be displayed” where the picture of the delivery should have been. I reached out immediately within 3 minutes to say I had not received the package. Veho told me to contact the seller for a replacement and did nothing to try and retrieve a package that was likely delivered to one of my neighbors. They said they could not reach the driver. No effort at all. Very frustrating as the package was eyeglasses I really needed promptly. Very poor experience and poor customer service. I never have any delivery issues as my address is well marked and I have a covered porch. I get packages nearly daily with no issues at all.

Arrived early with no issues. Box was intact.
