I paid for an esim without creating an account, as the website indicated this would be done automatically. No account was created, no email with activation instructions was received, and I was forced to make a second purchase.

I noticed you bought the data plan for China and used your Gmail email address. If you made the order in China, you won't be able to get the email because Gmail is blocked in China. You can not access your Gmail mails before start using our eSIM.

Indonesia internet solution
I’ve been in Indonesia on holiday for ten days and I didn’t want to buy a new sim card… Roro was the best solution I could think about! Cheaper than other e-SIM, very easy to install and fast internet! It was my 3rd time using Roro e-SIM and I always had a great experience!

Everything went so smoothly! We all used a different eSIM so make sure we always had connection as we had been warned about connection in China .... and my RORO one was the only one that never lost connection over the entire month we were away . So straight forward and easy to use. Will use this anytime I need an eSIM in future.

RORO eSIM and physical SIM can be used in more than 190 countries and regions without ID info required, except in Russia , China's Taiwan and Hong Kong area according to the requirements of local laws and operators. Normally, you will get a Link in your SMS and upload a picture of the passport and fill in your name and RORO SIM's ICCID in the link will be ok.

Purchase and Installation easy and seamless, Log into the network in u. K. took some moments and still, another internet connection is nessesary to do that (airport WiFi), network not as good as in asia, surprisingly oftenly no data connection inside the tube during rides and during a tour through the cotswolds area, hotspot function (one mobile with the e-sim is connected to another photo mobile and another social network mobile), usually, in asia, this works without worries, but here in the u. K. there was oftenly no internet connection via this hotspot setup for the connected additional mobiles... therefore, and since i know roro-sim can do better, this time 3 stars only....

I didn't want to deal with any stress during trip so i got this
Used roro esim during my trip to bali and it worked pretty well. setup was easy and i was connected right after landing, which was super helpful since i didn’t want to deal with buying a sim card at the airport.
connection was pretty stable the whole time, used it for maps, whatsapp, scrolling, all good. nothing crazy fast but definitely did the job without any stress.
overall really convenient tbh, especially if you don’t wanna think too much about internet while traveling. would use it again 👍

Good price, good coverage for Asia package and Indonesia. Not complicated to install and no need for wifi connection during installation, just turn it on in settings when you land. Works perfectly in most places, even where local SIM cards can’t reach, so convenient.
