I just related my experience with the process of obtaining the gift card. Joy then asked several questions that very quickly resolved my issue. I am not certain if Joy is a living being, but I have dealt with many AI (Absolute Idiot) bots and Joy is not. In any event, it was a joy talking with her.

Jessa was absolutely the best she was able to quickly solve my issue with retrieving my egift card that I needed to be resent.
