I am constantly getting messages that…

I am constantly getting messages that the medication is out of stock, so my Dr. gives me a new prescription for a different medication. Then I get a bill for $60 from you and you send my medication! Please discontinue this medication. I’m tired of playing your game.

Difficulty with my order



There was difficulty with my PHILRx order due to a prior staff error made at my Dr's office, thus making it extremely difficult to explain w/o speaking to someone. After many "trials" and my loss of patience, my prescription error was finally resolved and my correct prescription filled and delivered. I do personally believe that a voice in difficult matters could be a faster solution in problem solving.
