  1. Medical Clinic

Written by the company

Diagnostic clarity forms the foundation of this online medical service. Designed for the adult demographic, the platform organizes complex healthcare categories into manageable digital pathways. Key areas of focus include metabolic health, hormone therapies, hair restoration, and physical longevity. The operational model strictly separates medical evaluation from standard digital commerce. Visitors must complete a secure intake form and submit current laboratory metrics before discussing any clinical interventions. Licensed providers assess every application individually to confirm medical necessity and rule out contraindications. When a specific care program is authorized, the system provides integrated support tools for tracking progress and managing follow-up lab requests. The infrastructure ensures that all medical records and provider interactions remain private. This careful separation of health education, diagnostic testing, and active treatment creates a highly regulated space for managing long-term physical wellness.

I used them for about 6 months and then after I canceled to move to an insurance covered plan and have treatment under insurance They processed my cancelation then six months later they're now saying that my plan is renewing automatically and that to fully cancel it doesn't just go through support line we they have to do a physical phone call to finalize any kind of cancelation This is a predatory practice and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from these types of online clinics and go to a doctor directly for your medication uh this is way over priced and the way that they will not allow cancelations and make you jump through hoops is unethical.

I wish I could rate a zero if possible

I wish I could rate a zero, but 1 is as low as I can go. I paid in full for the year and cannot get anyone from support to answer my questions and now I'm trying to cancel my subscription. I've texted, emailed, called and submitted a request on their website with no response. Absolutely the worst decision ever.

I started this process almost a month ago.

To be fair, due to a family illness, I was unable to get my labs drawn during the first five days, so I understand that some of the initial delay was on my end.

However, nowhere during the signup process was it made clear that previous treatment records would also be required. Nearly a month later, I still do not have my medication, and the pellets from my previous treatment are now exhausted.

I have sent multiple emails trying to get this resolved, but communication has been extremely frustrating. Their AI chatbot has also been of little help and seems unable to address anything beyond very basic questions.

At this point, the service has fallen well short of what was promised and what I expected when I signed up. I expected a much smoother process, clearer communication, and better support from a company providing ongoing medical treatment.

Unfortunately, my experience so far has been very disappointing.

when i initially started the program it was good, the medications worked felt good etc. now being on the program the same medication doesn't work, my energy is low, libido is low. all the doctor says is buy this product now. that's is some bs that they push to just sell more product. also the blood panel they use, there are companies selling the same device that will do a full blood workup checking everything for cheaper rather then there limited scope for a higher price

Lacking ethics and clarity

I was told the company is not a subscription service as I had just been with a company like that and did not want that. I was told all fees are paying for the product and you are not billed anything until you order. I paid for two bottles of testosterone and was only given one as they stated “my prescribed amount only dictated the single bottle” and yet I paid for two bottles. Nearly two months in I can say I’ve not gained any physical changes sermorelin. That alone was 3 bottles for $600. That’s fine but I don’t feel any different. The customer service is very poor and takes several days at times to respond and rarely answers the phone/text option. This is a cash grab company. Avoid!

Customer service is best accessed via email. I have never reached a person on the telephone and call backs are very slow. Once you do reach someone, they seem more interested in gaslighting than anything else. I would not recommend them.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. PeterMD may be cheaper, but the customer service and medication management have been terrible. I’ve spent weeks getting conflicting answers and chasing support over a medication issue that was supposedly already approved. I’d rather pay more for a TRT provider where I can reach real people and actually get medication issues resolved. You get what you pay for.

Ineffective treatment (testosterone only at 400 after 4 months) and ignored refund

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Peter MD. Even after 4 months of treatment, my testosterone levels were still sitting at only 400, showing no meaningful progress. When I reached out to discuss these poor lab results and get proper medical guidance, the support team was completely unhelpful. Given the lack of results and inadequate follow-up, I requested a refund, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue fairly. The lack of clinical care and refusal to process my refund are completely unacceptable. I do not recommend their service.

informative site but I couldn't find a direct phone number on the homepage to call them myself... but I filled out the general support form and a rep literally called me back in two minutes flat so it wasn't even an issue. super fast contact.

On June 26

On June 26, 2026, I trusted PeterMD with my highly sensitive medical labs and personal information to secure my medical prescriptions, paying $1,658.64 upfront via credit card. Despite immediately fulfilling my patient obligations and giving them access to my private records, I never received the medications I paid for. As of today, August 11, 2026, PeterMD has held my money for 46 days without shipping the product or providing the service, resulting in an unfulfilled order and a severe breach of consumer trust.

No meds! No communication.

They are happy to take your money but will not follow up with service. They have gotten me for $1400 dollars this year and I am unable to receive my medication and they will not respond to emails, calls or texts.

Terrible experience with Peter MD. I signed up at $99/month, then got charged $144 and only afterward was told $99 was an introductory rate. They took the $144 without providing shipping confirmation or tracking, and I still haven't received my medication. I also couldn't get through by phone because of “calling restrictions.”

For a company handling prescription medication, this level of billing transparency and communication is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them.

Started out great

Started out great. Paid the start up fees for two months and sent my lab results. Two months later I get charged for my monthly TRT prescription, but they don’t send it. Not recommended

Great for Continuity of care!

Great company

I had to move and leave my old urologist behind (sad to see him go), but I've been on the same treatment plan, pretty stable, for about the past 5 years. The process was very simple. The dashboard is nice (I would have loved to had that if I was a new patient, or new to TRT), the call with the doc was simple enough. We reviewed my previous labs, current scripts, and it was just that easy. Now I don't have to worry about losing a doctor anymore when I move, or I'm out of town, and it's a good price point. Customer support is friendly, and they always get right back to me with any questions/concerns. The only thing they could do better...is if they could hand deliver a girlfriend to my door. Now THAT would be some great service. But short of that, they do everything else on point. I've never been with an online company before, but...I can't imagine there being a better one than this (which, is obviously why I picked them)...unless, anybody knows of any that also can help me with the girlfriend thing, lol...no seriously. They are great, and I do have a strong background in medicine (completed MS1 and MS2 years of medical school before dropping out and going into business for myself), so I have a strong understanding of medications, etc... they're totally legit.

The website has a cool design but uploading my lab documents on mobile was a bit clunky. Had to try twice. On the bright side, the support team is fast.. they emailed me back almost instantly to help me finish the process.
