Package never arrived
Package never arrived. I asked for more info since there were no updates sent to me and the answer was rude saying the delivery issue was clearly stated, it was NOT. I then got a message I needed to pick up the package, but not told where! I’m messaged several times asking for more information and been ignored.

Technical support & Order Process
I would have liked better technical product support. Referring me to look at YouTube videos that are irrelevant to my project, did not help. Placing the order online was problematic. A bug in your system insisted I select a "region" in the UK while my country of residence is Portugal. Only when trying to force a random UK region did your system revert to PT regions. I look forward to trying the products once they arrive.

We are sorry that this was your impression, but we would like to clarify a few points.
We did provide support through our ticket system and tried to help you define the moulding process, including the use of a mould with a support shell/countermould. The videos we recommended were not intended to replace technical support, but to show the general process visually, regardless of the final material chosen.
Regarding the order, the issue was not ignored. When you had problems with the tax identification number and the region/province fields, we asked you to send us the full billing and shipping details so we could create the registration manually and help you complete the order. We did not receive that information.
We remain available to help you with the products once they arrive, but we do not think it is accurate to say that no technical or order support was provided.
