Service is non-existent!
Bought this e-bike second hand, it was 1,5 years old, I've tested it, did a full service, it worked perfectly! First issue was: no shop will take it even for basic service due to its unusual shape (they can't put it on their tool stand), and most shops won't take it just because they don't sell the brand (yee, even XXL) and wouldn't be able to get spare parts.
After 1 month it stopped working out of the blue. Started pedaling and everything just shut off, even with full battery. Sometimes it would still work perfectly but it could stop after just a few meters.
I've contacted Jonathan who advised me by email on a couple of things to try and fix it but nothing has worked so far and, frankly, I haven't been able to use my bike all summer and starting to get really annoyed to have a useless bike at home which no one can help me fix!
