These people are crooks. Not sure how they got in the middle of my passport renewal, but they charged more for their services than the actual passport itself. Predatory, Slimy, underhanded, dishonest, and so many more adjectives i can't list them all. These guys are no better than the overseas scammers. Terrible... they should be ashamed of themselves.

The website was not very transparent and led me to believe that this was a way to file my passport application online using their service for a set fee. However, this company is simply a digital way to complete your passport application. The customer is still required to pay all the normal fees associated with applying for a passport. I was fooled.

I give them a 1 because there is no zero. I placed my order for a passport on June 12, 2026. It is now October and still no passport. All they say is that the payment to the US Deot of State has technical difficulties and can’t be processed. They refuse to refund me the $130. That is why I believe them to be a SCAM!

They do not tell you this is not an actual goverment site. They do not inform you of all the extra hoops required like having Adobe and providing a passport photo and then the fact that you still have to pay the gov. $130. Then if you want answers you get AI generated responces.
They charge your credit card immediately but just to see if they will give you a refund takes 3 days for a response.
Why can't our Goverment protect us and actually do this passport work themselves.

It is a scam company . I paid lot of money and never got my visa. How trustpilot let such companies exist on your website with good reviews ? You should protect people !!!

After 5 months of promises that my “passport kit” was on its way after production delays, this scam company never produced anything and kept my $140, saying they do not provide refunds. Reported to Better Business Bureau where I discovered they have an “ F” rating. Do not do business with these scammers!!

This service is a joke and I would give negative stars if it was an option. I submitted an application more than five weeks ago and it has gone nowhere. It says there is one thing needing attention, which is for me to provide a scan or upload a picture of my expired passport. It also says optional. The problem is that upload and scan option does not work and I have tried it from a phone, computer and a tablet.
I reached out to customer service and it gave me the option to upload an image thru there and nothing happened after a week. Finally I reached out to customer service to speak to someone and it says they will call me in 48-72 hours, that was 5 days ago and I still have not received a call. Save your money and aggravation and do it the normal way.

This company charges you $200 to do what you can do yourself for free. They do not respond to emails, and they do not have a good phone number. My application was rejected but I still paid $200 for nothing. DON'T USE THEM.

Don't waste your time and money with these people. You can easily do the process yourself. There is no value added whatsoever with them.

I used passport.entry.com and wish I hadn’t. I asked them for a refund because they kept emailing me to hurry up with my documentation. Something felt off so I asked for a refund. They replied please continue with our services. I did, BIG mistake! I also had to go get a passport photo even though I followed their directions for submitting a picture I took based their directions. The government doesn’t accept a photo you take no matter how good it is. The government has very specific requirements. They continue to ask me for more money. I have paid the $198 and now they want another $190 all the way up to $220 depending on the service. They are a third party service and are not to be trusted. I’m going to go directly to the post office or a government website to get my passport. Use a .gov site. Do NOT trust passport.entry.com

They are perfect but they charged money as confused by government fees. Their fees must be explained to clients before completing applications.

One Star — Payment Taken, but No Passport Application Submitted

I gave Entry LLC one star because its website and communications appear professional, which gave me confidence that I was dealing with a legitimate passport-assistance company. Unfortunately, my experience after paying was completely different.

Entry was very efficient at collecting my money—$217 for its service and another $149 described as a government passport fee—but terrible at providing the service I paid for. I have waited more than three months for my passport renewal, yet Entry cannot provide a government confirmation number, tracking number, submission date, or any proof that my application was actually submitted.

I contacted the U.S. passport office myself and was told that my application had not been submitted and that I should renew directly through the government. I also still have my original passport, which would have been required for the DS-82 renewal Entry claimed to be handling.

My emails either went unanswered or received the same repeated response without resolving the problem. Entry has also refused to refund my $366, even though it cannot show that the service was completed or that the $149 government fee was ever sent to the government.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you need to renew your passport, go directly through the official U.S. Department of State website and avoid paying a third party that may leave you waiting without answers.

This company took my money over 6 months ago and they have failed to provide a passport. I have contacted them numerous times. They keep telling me they have internal technical issues and refuse to refund my payment. I don’t know how they stay in business.

A third-party fly-by-night scam. I’m not desperate. I could’ve gone to my local immigration office and or Passport to facilitating facility. However, I chose to expedite this. I paid them $500 via my credit card. I waited for a week or two and then received a call from someone with a number in North Carolina. She left a message and said the company didn’t have all the information they needed to process my passport andto call her back. I tried that number three or four times. No one ever answered nor was there a voicemail nor was there another alternative to contact them other than calling her back.. This company is a total scam. Save your money. Save your time never use them.

6 months and still waiting for my passport renewal application to be submitted. I did not realize until I had paid that the website was not DOS. The google searches are clearer now so pay attention and don't deal with whatever this entity. It is certainly not a legitimate business. They just send the same emails saying please be patient, that your application is in process and they cannot provide refunds once the application process is started. Just computer generated responses promising results that never come. I am six months in and they have not submitted my renewal application to the Department of State and I don't expect they ever will.
