Sadly yet another stinky review
It's been 6 days since they were supposed to come out and reconnect the house, where the connector is unplugged (outside). Multiple calls, two visits from a technician (from the provider) who confirmed to me that they have a legal obligation to intervene within 48 hours, and they're talking about reconnecting us on August 24th.
In the meantime, no fridge, no hot water, and miraculously my phone still has battery.
The automated voice system doesn't understand the request "reconnection of a pre-existing outdoor line,".
Whenever you get an agent, they say I don't have a provider, or that the Linky meter isn't responding, or that it's not their department, or that it's not on their end, or to call the provider.
Anyway, state monopolies are still a thing...
update: they claim that I've been reconnected. You can see the wire hanging outside with the copper exposed. The door they claim they've reconnected is... My neighbours door, clearly identified with another street number. I told them about it, they claim I that I don't understand.
