We had a cleaning scheduled at 8 AM, a day before they changed it to 1 PM, then they were more than 1 hour late, which delayed apartment takeover.
The team itself was fine, but they did not have enough time to complete the cleaning properly. All in all, a lot of stress and the value very far from even ok.
Very poor communication and team broke a door
Booked them for apartment handover. Very disappointing experience. Cannot recommend at all and would never use again. Cleaning was not approved by landlord and it was difficult to organize re-cleaning as guaranteed by them. However, re-cleaning still did not satisfy landlord and they argued it was not covered by quote and I should have asked specifically for deep cleaning of certain floors. However, when person came to view apartment and saw the floors, he did not mention this at all. So we paid a big amount and hoped to have comfort regarding cleaning (the move itself was stressful), but it ended in a disaster as we had to finish cleaning the floor ourselves as they did not honor their promises & avoided the situation by stating it is not covered by the quote. In summary: no professional cleaning, no professional behavior when there was an issue and finding excuses. No 100% hand-over guarantee as promised and no-one from them will be present when apartment is handed over to landlord. Also, correspondence was difficult. Always a different person answered and one person did not know what the other person said. Answers are standardized and not friendly. They refer in each e-mail to their one sided terms and conditions. Cash payment after cleaning, not after landlord approves cleaning (as should be standard). In my view it's about making money, not having happy customers and actually providing great service. Everything but professional and I mean how this company is managed from the top (not the individual employees cleaning - they do whatever they can and I hope they find a better employer).
When I booked I was mislead by the reviews on ProvenExpert - I doubt these reviews are real or they are filtered to show only the positive reviews...
