Ordered on sept 24. It is now October 8, product still has not shipped. Product said it was in stock at time of order. If its backordered or something that'd be fine but they could at least say something. My previous order took 10 days to ship, and only then started moving because I sent an email to them asking what was taking so long. I'm not unreasonable, but taking ten days to two weeks or more to ship an in stock item seems a little ridiculous. Giving two stars instead of one because when products do ever show up from these guys they are high quality. But the speed at which orders are fulfilled and communication are exceptionally poor.

The "Ticket Made" delay is a bit lengthy but, once shipped, comes quickly within a day or two.
Product was mint, factory new and the handbook to boot, a little dusty but everything was in order.
10/10, Catalyst is quality surplus.

Fast shipping, product was as stated and advertised on the website. I've heard of other people having long shipping times, not the case with my order.

The check out process was easy and I knew what I was gonna get. The mask came in excellent condition and even came with the manual. The item was nicely packed and their customer service was quick when I had a question about my order

Great as usual in regards to their selection. Hoping to see many items restocked again at some point but otherwise always a great place to get niche gear from. Shipping took a lil long, but maybe i need to pay attention to that notice next time (lol).

I ordered an FM12 gasmask and the sizing chart included on the page was crucial for helping me chose the right size. After placing the order, I was kept informed on when the item had shipped.

Catalyst Surplus represents so many great products that I need/use at my job. Delivery is fast and inventory is well stocked.

A few items were missing from order, when contacted I was answered very promptly and the items are being shipped. I understand mistakes happen and they're going above and beyond to remedy the situation. I highly recommend them for purchasing surplus equipment/gear.

Item as described. They followed up when I checked in on my order. They have lots of cool items that I wish I could justify buying.

I bought an AVON FM12 gas mask from the site and received a tracking number by UPS that said “the label was created” for a solid week and a half. I was concerned and commented under an insta post about the delay and was reassured that the order was processing. Managed to get a hold of it and it was a mint respirator, no issues whatsoever. Will be buying from this site again, it has earned my trust.

It took two weeks to ship instead of the 4 days said on the website however once shipped it took less than a week to get to my house shipping cross country
The gas mask I ordered (msa advantage 1000) arrived in amazing condition with only some light yellowing on the visor.
My only complaint with this order and company is that it took a while for them to ship it.
