Quality is great but delivery very late.

It is one of the worst service I have recieved. We have order 2 but they delivered 6 in the middle of august. They have not collected it yet despite our so many emails and reminder. It is the worst. Their customer serivice take forever to reply and thier reply is usless. They do not have telefone. Very bad experience ever!!!!!

The wood is very soft!! But the delivery is fast and your website is good❤️

Great service and delivery

SCAMMERS!!!If I could give 0 stars i would. Horrible quality of products, horrible customer service. I ordered a garden wardrobe, it arrived and when i opened the box one of the parts was broken. Immediately i tried to reach out to customer service, no phone number just a chat box that opened a ticket. No response for days, i found an email for complaints, i wrote to them there as well explaining the situation and how i already created a ticket. Then someone responds saying i have the following options, exchange with a new item, spare parts for the ones that have been broken, a partial refund of 10% (!!!) or sending it back to get a full refund that would be within my 14 days rights BUT i have to pay the return costs, and it was a big box so obvisously why would I pay anything extra for that piece of sH^%. So i accept the exchange with another item, time goes by i hear nothing, i keep sending reminders. I then receive a response that it is out of stock so i need to search all the pieces, see what is damaged, go through a list they sent me identify item numbers and provide them to them...i did that more time passes i keep sending reminders, i now have a huge box in my living room for more than 1 month and today i receive and email saying they have no spare parts in their warehouse. What i can get instead is 240kr refund, when i have paid 1668kr....THE AUDACITY. SHAME On this store, horrible quality, horrible customer service , no respect whatsoever for the customer. I will not let this go obviously but just to warn you. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING NOT WORTH IT
