Extremely please from start to finish
From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Ordered 4 custom made Premium Exterior Outdoor Solar Shades. They arrived on schedule with me being able to track them the entire way. They were well packaged and protected. Install instructions were easy to follow. We made a mistake on which side one of the shades plastic pull chain should go on. I looked it over and thought I could manage to switch sides but wanted to make sure so I called their customer service line. A representative picked up almost immediately. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I explained the situation and what I intended to do. She confirmed that it would work and that I would not be voiding the warranty in doing it. I made the switch and it worked perfectly. To be honest these are not inexpensive. However, we did get pricing for them through other manufactures and Blindster were much less expensive than everyone else. The quality and design are excellent and although we have only had them up a few months they have weathered some very intense rain and wind storms. We had previously ordered some indoor shades for our front doors and are extremely pleased with those as well. On these we can lower the tops or raise the bottoms which we find provides privacy while still letting in light from above when lowering the tops only. I highly recommend Blindster,
