Thank you Blackride!! My flight to my cruise vacation was delayed then cancelled then rescheduled. Blackride was responsive and able to accommodate the rescheduled flight which arrived 1 hour before I had to be checked in on the cruise. The driver was at the airport waiting and my family got to the ship with 1/2 hour to spare. Blackride is the BEST and will definitely use them again and again.

Excellent service. I booked Blackride for a family trip from MIA to the hotel in Fort Lauderdale as well as a return trip. The service by the drivers was exceptional. They were on time and assisted with our luggage, ensuring that it was packed properly. This was my first time using this service but I will be using it every time going forward. Booked a ride from Hilton Miami Airport to MSC cruise terminal. Vlad text us early that morning and offered us a ride on our leisure...in case we wanted to go earlier. He was right in time and worked through the traffic to get us to the terminal safely. We hope to ride with him again! Kudos guys!

Wanted to let you know about the great transportation service we received from your company. We were picked up in
Dania beach on Thursday May 28, 2026 at about 9:30am and transferred to Port Everglades. Our return trip was on June 1 a little after 9:00 am - perfect timing, and transferred to Ft Lauderdale airport. Both transfers were top notch. Roberto was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend BlackRide to anyone needing transfers in Ft Lauderdale and when we are there we will definitely use your services. Thank you!

I would strongly caution others before booking with this company. The price listed on their website was more than doubled once we got further into the process, which felt extremely misleading and like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.

When I questioned the massive price increase, I still didn’t receive clear or trustworthy answers, which only added to my concerns about the legitimacy of the business. At that point, I chose to cancel rather than risk being scammed.

Transparency and honesty matter, especially when customers are making purchasing decisions based on advertised pricing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I took my family on a vacation to South Beach and then on a cruise. We booked three rides with this company one to South Beach, one to the cruise port and one to the airport after the cruise. The first two rides would have received five stars was very pleased with the service for the first two. However, the reason I leave only three stars is because of the final ride. The first two rides, the driver was dressed in suits very formal, which is what I expect. The last ride, the lady that picked us up showed up in sweatpants and a sweatshirt the car was not very clean. We received waters and phone chargers on the first two rides however, the last ride we were not offered either. Had to load our own luggage into the car. Advice is to definitely confirm what type of driver and car you will be receiving.

BlackRide made getting out of the VERY busy MiamiPort so easy. Our driver arrived a bit early, communicated his location, and got us to the airport comfortably and safely.

Recently used Blackride for three trips during a family vacation. I was so impressed with their professional service. They use Mercedes Sprinter vans that easily accommodated our group of 13. If you have a big group traveling in Miami, this is your go to company. I will definitely call on them the next time traveling to Miami. I am so appreciative to Blackride for helping our travels be less stressful.

Blackride is a great company for cruiseport to airport transfers or vice versa. Our driver Martin was right on time for our 8am pickup after we disembarked from the ship. He called me on my cell and directed me how to locate him in the designated area at Miami AA cruise terminal by flashing his lights while I was on the line with him. At Terminal AA you'll find your ride in the upper garage level after clearing the baggage pickup area. There are very few posted signs to advise you of this and we had absolutely no idea where to go. Martin was able to get through the heavy Miami traffic relatively quickly and carefully drove us to FLL with plenty of time to spare for our flight telling us about the local points of interest along the way. Our luxury black SUV was new or like new and spotless. It was very quiet and super comfortable to ride in. I will not hesitate to use Blackride for any future transportation needs in this area. I thank you for the excellent service and providing us with an outstanding, friendly, and very professional driver.

We had Roberto transport us from FLL to Disney Cruise port. He was on time both ways, great communication and safe driving. Highly recommend. We had 12 total three kids requiring car seats.

We had booked for 3 different shuttle services this past week( the airport to the hotel, the hotel to the cruise port, and then the cruise port back to the airport) and each trip they were on time, and actually before time😊😊I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again.. absolutely excellent. This company and it drivers went out of their way to meet our needs. They strive to make your experience, not only efficient but comfortable and pleasant.. plus they have some great people driving for them and we really enjoyed talking with them during our journey. The prices were surprisingly good compared to others in South Florida and the service and vehicles excel what we’ve had with other companies.

We were met be our driver Edward promptly. He was extremely professional, well presented and considerate (with a request for a quick store stop) and got us to the cruise terminal in good time. We would thoroughly recommend this company and in particular, Edward.
