BFM Contractor Services  Reviews

Being a condo board member in Fort Lauderdale can be very challenging when it comes time to hire a GC in order to tackle a large scale project with concrete restoration and painting involved. After a strenuous interview process of contractors, we settled on BFM. We couldn’t be happier with the way they approached the project safely with all the large scopes. The concrete restoration and painting look top tier and we couldn’t be happier.

Our home in Las Olas Fort Lauderdale recently encountered leaks through out our rear balcony slabs and windows. BFM and team went above and beyond to isolate the water intrusion and waterproofed all slabs and window glazing. Communication and execution was exceptional, highly recommended them

Huge shoutout to Jack, Marc, and the concrete crew at BFM. We had bad spalling on our condo balconies and needed the main pool deck waterproofed before winter season. These guys were out here every morning at 7:30 AM on the dot. Super respectful of the residents and they kept the dust down as much as physically possible. Passed the city inspections without any drama. Great company, would recommend.

What stands out most is their reliability and responsiveness. Communication is always clear, scheduling is straightforward, and their crews arrive on time ready to work. They understand the challenges of working around active commercial properties and do an excellent job minimizing disruptions to tenants, customers, and daily operations.

The quality of their work and attention to detail have been outstanding. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a larger capital improvement project, they approach every job with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

We have used BFM Contractors extensively across our shopping center portfolio and have been very pleased with their work. They have handled everything from routine painting and minor repairs to large-scale concrete restoration projects.

BFM has consistently been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Their crews arrive prepared, communicate well throughout the project, and do quality work at a fair price. They have been able to adapt to the unique challenges that come with occupied retail centers, minimizing disruption to our tenants while maintaining schedules and delivering solid results.

Their versatility is one of their biggest strengths. Whether it’s a small touch-up job or a major restoration project, they approach the work with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend BFM Contractors to other property owners and managers looking for a dependable contractor for commercial painting, repairs, and concrete restoration work.

I use BFM for the exterior maintenance and stucco work on a couple of my strip malls. Most crews in this area show up late, leave trash everywhere, and try to hit you with change orders the second a job gets moving. These guys don't play those games. They coordinated the staging so it didn't block my tenants' foot traffic, stuck to the contracted price, and the workmanship is clean. They run a tight ship on-site and keep the paperwork straight. I don't have time to watch over a crew's shoulder, and with BFM, I don't have to. Will keep using them!

BFM is amazing, they worked quickly and seamlessly on a few of my projects. Highly recommended.

We’ve worked with BFM Contractor Services on multiple projects now, and what stands out most is their autonomy. They show up, follow the scope of work perfectly, and maintain a professional job site without needing constant supervision. Their communication is clear, their pricing is fair, and the quality of the finish is consistently high. It’s a relief to have a vendor we can trust to just get the job done right the first time!

Dealt with Mr. Benrube - Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Got the job down on time and on budget. Highly recommend!

BFM Contractor Services has become one of our most trusted vendors, and they’ve earned that position through consistent quality, transparency, and reliability. They recently completed a major capital-expenditure project for us in Palm Bay, and the workmanship was first-rate from start to finish. The project was executed on schedule, on budget, and with the kind of attention to detail you rarely see anymore.

We also use BFM regularly across our Palm Beach portfolio for a wide range of ongoing repairs and maintenance. Whether it’s a small service call or a larger scope of work, their pricing is always competitive, and the quality is consistently excellent.

Jack, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He’s easy to talk to, breaks down every aspect of the job so you fully understand what’s being done, and is always accessible when you need him. His communication, professionalism, and honesty set the tone for his entire team.

Highly recommend BFM Contractor Services for any construction or commercial maintenance needs. Top-tier service every time.

BFM has done an excellent job of the last few years they have been working on our properties. Their pricing is competitive, service is outstanding and best of all, they don't need to be managed when they are on our properties. Their team is respectful and always operates in a professional matter. Highly recommend for any of your stucco, painting or interior needs.
