I ordered tyres 7 days ago after 2 days…
I ordered tyres 7 days ago after 2 days they are marked shipped they still did not arrived ...when I contacted autodoc they told me in same conversation that they will deliver today and that they are not shipped that only information about shipping is exchange... so I am living in hope that they will arrive in 4 months because autodoc could not give me info when they will be delivered.

Returns are more expensive than the article
After an initial bad experience (you can read more about it below) and leaving my review here I got contacted and the situation was promptly solved by Autodoc.
My trust in their services is reestablished and they're keeping a customer as up until this date I had only good experiences and not bad ones.

Not my first order from Autodoc24.ch but possibly my last...
Bought a part, unfortunately found out that I've messed up the OEM part number and immediately requested a return (part hadn't even arrive yet) which was accepted by Autodoc - and I appreciate.
Now this is where the plot thickens... While they send the article with an address in Switzerland, the return has to be done to an address in Berlin - Germany, for which they DO NOT PROVIDE A RETURN STAMP. Despite asking their support service via chat, they are unable to provide an address for the reception of the package in Switzerland. They've offered a voucher for my next purchase (yeah... right... like you're keeping me as a customer after this BS) of CHF 15.- which doesn't really cover the cost of CHF 35.- to send a package to Berlin!
So part costed €55 and sending it back would cost me nearly as much...
Word of advice: Stay away from Autodoc unless you're ADAMANT that you won't need a return (which is a right you have) otherwise prepare yourself to lose some money.
PS: Also, in the meantime I've ordered the right part, which is already on its way here... I wonder what happens if I refuse the reception... Will the Post send it to Berlin or the address in Switzerland?
