I ordered the product four months ago. I saw many advertisements for it, believed them, and ordered the large quantity containing a four-month supply of serum. I used it every day, but the hair loss didn't decrease at all. On the contrary, it increased my dandruff, and the hairline around my forehead started to recede, as did the bald patches at the corners.

I and another family member tried for 10mos
I and another family member gave this product a try. It made sense- needles driving the product into your scalp - it absolutely did not regrow any hair for either of us after 10 months of trying. Good marketing, poor hair growth results.
I firmly believe many of the positive reviews are "fake reviews" to increase sales. All I can tell you is that two men did not miss a week, and after 10 months, there are no positive results for hair growth. I took pics and looked last night from 10 months ago until now - nothing.
If you want to waste time and money- send them your money. I know it doesn't work and wanted to get the word to others.

I initially contacted Alpha Infuse because I hadn't seen the results I hoped for after several months of use, and I also experienced leakage issues with the applicators from my most recent order.
Customer support responded promptly, reviewed my orders, and offered a complimentary 2‑month supply along with replacement needle heads. Communication was professional throughout, and the issue was resolved quickly.
While I can't yet comment on the long-term effectiveness of the product, I was pleased with the level of customer service and their willingness to help.
