Authentic Scandinavia Anmeldelser

We've used Authentic Scandinavia to organise a 10-day round trip in Norway, travelling by bus, rail and boat. Everything, from the smallest detail to the hotel reservations, has been executed to perfection.

Well organized tour throughout scandinavia

Staff at Authentic Scandinavia are quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. Overall we were very happy to let them organise our trip to Norway saving us time and worry doing it ourselves. Their final trip document although very long contained all the information you would want, although I did have to cut the document down into a more manageable size.

Authentic Scandinavia scheduled our hotel and trains around Norway. I was very happy with the service. The hotels were nice, the train connections all worked perfectly. We even had a last minute change to a cruise connection which they handled promptly, and they wrote a letter to help us try to get reimbursed for the change. Everything was done through their website and emails which worked smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Allt funkade bra med resan. Mycket och tydlig information. Bra ihopsatt resa med båttur och tågresor plus hotell.

We just returned from 18 days travelling through the Scandinavian countries

You assisted us in putting together a wonderful vacation. You helped us expand the initial package to one that had more days and added cities. You were flexible in allowing changes when we were making up the vacation plan.

I loved the detail and information you provided us in the package. The hotels were easy to find and in excellent central locations.

Your package contained enough information to allow us to find things to get around and also to look at suggestions of what we should be doing while in the towns and areas that we were visiting. We used some of your recommendations for dinners and found the choices to be excellent. Your document provided information in how to connect to ferries or trains, and what type of transportation mode could be utilized.

When there was an issue and we phoned the emergency contact , the issue was resolved immediately and professionally. Issue was in Bergen our travel couple reservation at the hotel was not found in their system. Once we contacted your office. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes and they were not at a pocket for having to pay for the hotel.

I would highly recommend your travel company and look forward to booking with you again

From initial contact to coming home, the team at Authentic Scandinavia were excellent. They answered every question we had, kept us informed at every step of the way, and were very friendly to deal with. All of our holiday arrangements worked flawlessly. The hotels were expecting us (and were both comfortable and convenient for everything), extra nights were worked into our schedule, in-country transport was efficient, and all the instructions/directions the team provided were accurate and very helpful.

We wanted to try our first self guided trip with a couple of friends. After research obviously we chose Authentic Scandinavia as our provider. The booking/tour staff were awesome. They provided us with great advice and worked closely meeting our needs. Our trip was over 17 nights. We started in Copenhagen then to Oslo, onto Flam and then Bergen. Thereafter we went onto Stockholm then onto Helsinki and back to Copenhagen. All the hotels met our requirements. We took 3 overnight ferries and got exactly what we expected. Authentic Scandinavia provided us with detailed itineraries, including options to getting to hotels or train stations etc. They also provided a detailed Restaurant guide for each location. We only encountered one problem in Bergen where the hotel could not find our reservation. We called the provided emergency hotline and it was sorted out immediately. Great service.
We highly recommend Authentic Scandinavia. They are a professional and competent company who were a pleasure to deal with

The staff at Authentic Scandinavia offered us great options based upon our interests creating an exceptional visit for us to Sweden, Denmark and Norway, including fjords. They all were responsive to our many questions and provided great guidance as we planned this memorable trip. Hotels selected were well-located, comfortable and clean, each unique in its own charming way, and all offering great breakfasts to start each day. Transportation from place to place was seamless. I've already recommended Authentic Scandinavia to friends interested in traveling to the Nordic countries.

When we started planning, we knew there would be boats, busses and trains needed to get around, and that could be a logistic nightmare. Where to go, what to see? Authentic Scandinavia made it so easy for us with their amazingly detailed itinerary and all the reservations were handled perfectly. We did not have to travel with a group but had a list of all the cool sights to see and WE got to pick what WE wanted to do. All our hotel and transportation items were in the exact places we wanted to be and stay. When I go back, I will use their services again.

Authentic Scandinavia were very responsive to any queries that we had. The accommodation was excellent and in very good locations (ie easily accessed by public transport). The information provided, re accommodation location and transport, was detailed as well as some suggestions of possible restaurants to try. Would not hesitate to use their services again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this travel agency! We recently returned from an 11-day trip to Scandinavia, and from the very beginning, they took the time to understand what we wanted and planned every part of our trip with incredible attention to detail.

Everything was organized so well—from the itinerary and accommodations to the transportation. They made sure we knew exactly what to expect and sent such detailed information in the itinerary that we had no problems finding anything.

We were able to truly enjoy our trip without having to worry about the logistics.

When trying to plan this trip from the United States, their professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge made such a difference. We highly recommend this travel agency to anyone looking for a well-planned, personalized, and worry-free travel experience. We will definitely use them again for our future trips and recommend them to family and friends!

We had a great time on our Scandinavian Capitals independent tour. There were three couples and we were able to easily follow the itinerary that was developed for us. We were happy with hotels and they were all centrally located so it was easy to navigate the cities. Most of the hotels were within walking distance from the train stations. We enjoyed traveling on the trains and the instructions were easy to follow; we made all our connections without any problems. The staff at Authentic Scandinavia were very accommodating and responsive to our questions. I would use them again for future travels to Scandinavia.

The communication was excellent. They answered all my questions prior to booking very promptly and were also in touch before travel to check that we had what we needed. The itinerary was very well thought out. The timings worked perfectly, with no stress or rush to get connections. Authentic Scandinavia know the local market very well and I felt confident that the holiday would go well and it did.

Perfekte Planung, gute Kommunikation. Alle Hotelbuchungen und Verbindungen waren bestens aufeinander abgestimmt. Es war eine sehr schöne Reise.

Alle Buchungen funktionierten reibungslos. Tolle Hotels in hervorragender Lage. Gute Beschreibungen der Transfers, tolle Tipps für Führungen. Jederzeit wieder!

Very happy with the package I bought from Authentic Scandinavia! The documents were very detailed in what to expect and when and where, with the right vouchers and tickets for transportation and hotel. Also, lots of good advice and stuff you wouldn't find randomly, which added nicely to the experience. I hardly see how such a service could be handled any better.

Schnelle und professionelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen. Tolle Leistungen im Angebot. Vor Ort hat die Organisation wunderbar geklappt.
