Dit is echt diefstal en misleiding. Je denkt dat je een test koopt voor 1,25, maar vervolgens worden er allerlei abonnementen van je creditcard afgeschreven.
Na reclameren op de support krijg je ondanks zogenaamde 14dagen niet goed geld terug garantie, geen geld terug. Hier moet tegen opgetreden worden door ACM, etc

2907/2026 --- Update of this review -- Unfortunately I will have to restate my previous review. Something weird happened to my account --> Money is missing, transactions incoming and outgoing are bounced, my balance is not matching --> I have now had 2 weeks of opening support tickets, chatting, giving information, but the situation is still not resolved. I regret trusting Vivid is my banking provider with all the time i had to invest in this and still no solution!!!

Great software platform, also the free version is great... Best banking solution that's available without banking costs. Obviously paid plans come with more benefits.
3 reasons why 4 stars instead of 5:
1. Interest account drops to almost 0% on free and low-tier accounts after period, it should be possible to make it a meaningful interest return.
2. I cannot make payments from my desktop, the 4 digit codes are never arrive at my phone (small bug I raised with support, never solved). Always need my phone to pay bills.
3. No IBAN payments in NL possible.
Other than that absolutely in love with this.

Changed this review -- due to recent almost criminal behavior of vivid. My account is not functioning properly. I cant get any payment done incomint or outgoing. Money is missing from my balance!!!!!! 2 weeks of support with only broken promises and no resolution...
Previous statement:
Great platform. Easy to use. Easy to add accounts and fast support. Only downside integration in NL is not rally supported with bookkeeping systems.

Wij hebben matrassen gekocht bij RHF. Mijn vrouw een koudschuim, ik een traagschuim. Wij zijn erg tevreden over de manier waarop wij zijn geholpen. Duidelijke uitleg en snelle levering van producten. De matrassen liggen prima, kortom wij zijn zeer tevreden klanten.
