It took almost 4 weeks from when I ordered the product to when I received it.
Unfortunately, I was unable to fit the product on the Google Pixel 7 Pro because I updated my phone a week before I received it.

This is my 2nd cover. The only thing I will want you to improve is the front cover. Try making it harder. It seems to crack very easy when droped.

I was kept up to date all the way. Well informed. Great doing business with you.

product works as advertised. Didn't have to reset my biometrics. we'll done.

Liked the product. The only thing is that my phone does not recognize finger prints.

Order 45066M169794 The product is good except my fingerprint would not work like it said it would in the advertisement. So I needed to change all my authentications.
I was charged the correct amount in NZ$ as per the ad. But then a separate unauthorised additional deduction was made of 19.90. When I contacted the company, to cancel the order it was ignored then I was refunded only US$4.49. You are not allowed to take 2 different amounts from a customer. And in our country it is a illegal to charge differently to the advertised NZ$ price. I copied the advertisement listing the price in NZ dollars $27.31 to the company and received a very unsatisfactory reply. I still have the advertisement as proof. Ended up being charged $NZ40.17. So am still awaiting $NZ12.86. Thank you

Received updates as the product went thru processing to delivery.
This is my second phone case. I loved the first one, however, I dropped my phone on a concrete patio and the slide lock was dislodge from the case making it inoperable. My fault. The case did not shatter. I pitched it and purchased this new one. Same color. Still satisfied.

I have ordered an item from this vendor on 11 May and paid the full amount. They sent me the delivery information and tracking details on 16th May.
Now it is more than 2 months and I neither received the ordered goods nor they are not responding.

Early July they sent a message to wait for few more days when I sent an email to them but as of today no news from them.

I think so, they are cheating the customer by releasing good eye catching ads in social media and then spoofing the customers.

The product got here in a good amount of time and looks great. So far, so good.

Sadly I received wrong item and doesn't fit my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra model SM N986B.
if I could get a replacement that would be very nice and a return address for wrong item. Kind regards Larry Green

Fits my phone fine but the side keys aren't always accessible unless I shake the phone. Also allows moisture underneath.

The longer I have this case the more problems I have. My case is cracked on front and back. Only had it a couple weeks. Finger print don't work good. Camera do not show clear

Took awhile too get. But did get updates on all it had stops at. Not what I was expecting. Didn't seem as easy as commerical. Didn't seem it would look good n would have to get an adapter n drill a hole.
