I got in on the buy 4 get 4 free deal and in truth I was skeptical about issues like quality. It felt like it was one of those too good to be true offers. Well I placed my order and a short time later my package arrived in the post. Everything arrived as promised but how would they feel on the feet? After a short wear about ,I was sold. I started to think I have family members and Christmas will soon be here soon ORDER TIME. Extremely happy with my order .Full marks and merits a 5 star review.

Great experience from start to finish. Delivery was very quick. So far the socks are as advertised. Not too warm, feet breath and are not sweaty!

Recently purchased 8 pairs of socks from Oliveand jet. The delivery time was lengthy and tracking pretty much impossible. The socks felt nice and look good, however after wearing a pair for a day I noticed some irritation due to a lump in the toe area. I don’t know how longevity will be but if the irritation continues it won’t be long. Possibly my biggest disappointment was the sizing of the socks. I purchased large stated at size 10+ US. They were fine until I was a pair and now they do not fit well at all. I contacted Olive and I was told I could return them for a refund, maybe not the pair I wore. The problem I have with that is it may cost $30 to return to New Zealand. A net loss to me for an incorrect sizing by Oliveandjet. Buy from a U.S. company or distributor that accepts returns in the U.S.

I ordered 8 pairs of compression socks and while they are comfortable in every way I think the compression could be increased to 25 or 30 hg to receive the benefit that I need. I would appreciate some feedback if it is possible for you to increase the compression to around 25 hg. Delivery was fast considering they were shipped to Canada. Thank you, Suzanne Charest

Bought online through its ad campaign. Its disappointing to receive the socks that are made in China, and only 45% alpaca, all the rest are 24% anti pilling acrylic, 23% polyester, 5% nylon, 3% spandex.

Not worth its price tag! misleading for its manufacturer and the materials.

The sizing chart is wrong on the website. I am a women's 9.5 and the chart said I needed an XL. Upon arrival, the toe socks were too loose. The toes didn't stay in and the heel of the sock was up the back of my foot. I was also expecting a thicker sock. When I tried to return the socks, they only provided me a return address in New Zealand. To ship them there would cost me $42 USPS. They do not have a United States return facility. So basically you cannot return these socks if you live in the United States. I would not recommend buying socks from Olive & Jet unless you are confident in the sizing.

I did reach out to Olive & Jet and they said, "...we’ll pass this on to our team..." They also said, "...we do also have alternative arrangements for international returns that we'd rather discuss directly...". In my communication with them, they did not mention any other arrangements for international returns. There website also does not provide any insight.

They did reach out again and offered a resolution, which I appreciated. I will raise my review to 3-stars.

Warm, soft and supportive socks. Delivered is short time.

Well, this is the second batch of socks for my family (daughter, S-i-L, 2 grandies) who are going on an adventure, climbing high mountains, trudging through mud and wet stuff, no showers for four days (eucckk). They haven't left yet, but I'm assured the socks are packed. I'll let you know about the outcome, once they're home, but, I'm pretty sure they'll be happy, not having stinky wet feet.

I live in Canada. I was hesitant about purchasing from a company so far away. I am so happy I did! The service was incredible! I was kept informed all the way, with tracking and information! I received these wonderful socks in record time as well. I think this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks so much! Never done this before ie, write a review on items I haven’t bought.
I was about to order 8 pairs of socks but - as I always do when using a new supplier - checked the reviews on Trust Pilot. Suffice to say, I shan’t be ordering.
One of the issues for customers was their disappointment to find the amount of synthetic material. Your response was that this fact is obvious on your web page. No, it isn’t! You really have to look to find it. I know because I wanted to check for myself and was a bit shocked to see the result.
Another issue for me was that negative reviews are banned from your Facebook page. When this was raised on Trust Pilot, you made no attempt to respond.

Best alpaca socks! Have tried many different brands but Olive & Jet are tops! Delivered on time, no regrets. Orders d find out for yourself!

These are awesome boot socks. Very expensive to buy 1 or 2 pairs, but the 8 pairs for the price of four makes them more affordable. They are warm in winter (really warm, I live in a temperate climate with nights in the minus degrees); they also are comfortable in hot weather, which surprised me. They wash well, hold their shape, stay up in gumboots (really important!) and have become my favorite socks. Yet to see how long they last, so far I am extremely happy with them

I initially only ordered one pair of boot socks as I was a bit sceptical after wearing another brand for over 30 years in wellies all day , every day but after wearing the socks for 30 minutes I was straight back on the website to take advantage of the great buy 4 get 4 free offer. My feet are in heaven!!
As I suffer terribly from cold feet during the harsh Scottish winter hopefully I have found the solution my feet are desperate for and I won’t have to adjust my review 🤞🏻

I received 4 only. Was told the free socks must be added to the order, so order 8 pay for 4! Sad this is not made clear at time of purchase so felt this was misleading.. different colors cannot be ordered on one order. I contacted O & J but despite requesting the free socks they wouldn't honor the offer.

This company is spot on wwe were informed of all sock movements the first lot had to return as we both heave wide feet got diabetes socks they are that good I wear mine to bed I suffer from restless legs and last night ui slept all night.y feet did I get hot at all thank you will order again

i bought these alpaca socks from Olive and Jet, i bought 4 pair and got 8, one sock was faulty and they sent me a new pair, great service, socks were definately very warm on my feet in our South Australian winter, but, and there is a very big BUT, after about 3 washes, dried flat each time, they are no longer warm, very cold actually. my feet are freezing again. so they only last a short time, im wearing a fresh pair each day, but bloody freezing feet, im very dissapointed in them,
