The contractor they engaged to clean my couch did a terrible job. He left white detergent residue & blotches all over my couch, he did not remove the dirt & hair in between my cushions or unclip the chase to clean. There were watermarks all over the tiles under the couch. I did reluctantly agree to have them come back out to clean it but after a relative saw how disgusting it was he said don’t get him back he did a terrible job. I engage someone else to do it and they did a brilliant job. They reshaped the cushions. They cleaned every bit of dirt in between the couch, it looked brand-new when he finished. I sent this Company video of how dirty the water was when I got it cleaned again accompanied by photos. I then asked them for a refund or a partial refund and they refused saying we’re going to send this guy back out again. Why on earth would I want this guy back out again? He did a terrible job. Plus I got it cleaned again.
Terrible customer service wouldn’t even give me a portion of my money back. All they kept saying is we are prepared to send him back. Why would I want him back, almost ruined the appearance of my suede couch. They charged $360 which was twice as much as other quotes I previously received. My advice is to never use this company, especially for couch cleaning.

Can’t fault Sam, he was friendly and efficient but there was a miscommunication with the quote for my pest control. I was quoted $220 for my “entire property” to be fumigated, turns out that was only for inside and I found out after scheduling the work the cost was $380 for inside and outside. Very misleading in the initial quote, as you would assume entire property means both inside and outside, but again not Sam’s fault, I just wouldn’t have booked with them had I known in advance

Sam’s cleaning brought my carpets to life, better than I expected. I will have him clean my carpets again in about 6 months.

There was four armchair which has been not cleaned for 3 years and have so much stain but after he finished his cleaning it looks good and smell nice .there was no any mark on it . Sam is also very polite friendly and have good sense of humour.Must recommend to everyone.

Khan arrived to deal with a wasp infestation on 20 minutes notice, on a Friday night…pretty amazing response. He was very polite and helpful. I recommend him without hesitation.
