Cancellation policy
Preorders
- Cancellation: Preorders on special orders can be canceled before shipment from the manufacturer or distributor. A full refund may be issued for canceled preorders at the sole discretion of Next Gen Mobility. A restocking fee may apply (see below).
- Post-Shipment Returns: Once a special order preorder has shipped from the manufacturer, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
- Preorder Transfers: If you've preordered a product that isn't a special order, you can transfer your preorder to another product without incurring any credit card transaction fee penalty.
Restocking Fees & Full Refunds
Under certain circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total sale price may apply to cover the cost of shipping in both directions and merchant transaction fees.
If an order cancellation is requested, we may provide one at our discretion, minus the credit card transaction fee that is charged to the merchant. Due to our website platform not refunding Next Gen Mobility the transaction fees for refunds, we are generally unable to provide the refund in full. This fee is typically 2.9%-3.5%, but it may be up to 6.1% if the product was financed. If the product was paid using Zelle, then transaction fees do not apply and full refunds are provided with no questions asked.
