Welcome to Midnight Letters.
Hi! I’m Melina —a Mexican psychologist trying to make sense of life through words and other worlds—a godin by day, a reader and writer by night.
Since a very young age, stories have always been my way of understanding what it means to be human. Through fiction, I explore emotions we often struggle to name—and, at the same time, learn to cope with them. Reading and writing are tools for reflection, healing, and transformation.
This space was born from the quiet hours between thought and feeling—where emotion lingers, shadows breathe, and words remember.
Here you’ll find fiction and essays named:
✉️ The Closing Letter — reflections and farewells to the month gone by.
🌒 Midnight Tales — original short fiction born from the same twilight realm, where feminine shadows and soft hauntings come alive.
💌 The Wild Letter — spontaneous pieces that wander through emotion, identity, and quiet mysteries.
📚 The Bookish Letter — literary musings and recommendations for those who live between stories.
Midnight Letters is for the tender, the haunted, and the ones who grow in the dark, a journal and a sanctuary for readers who find beauty in melancholy, reflection, and quiet magic.
