Status
This website is partially compliant with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), as implemented in Sweden through the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (lag 2023:254), due to the non-compliances described below.
Non-Accessible Content
Navigation and consistency
Some pages, links and functions are described differently even though they lead to the same destination or perform the same action. Some links also use unclear descriptions, making it harder to understand where they lead. This can make the website more difficult to navigate for people with cognitive disabilities, screen reader users and anyone who benefits from consistent navigation.
Keyboard navigation
Not all parts of the website can be fully used with a keyboard. Keyboard focus may move in an unexpected order, become hidden, reach content that is not visible, or not move to the correct place when new content opens. Some functions also require a mouse or touch input to complete. This affects people who cannot use a mouse, including keyboard users, switch device users, voice control users and many people using assistive technologies.
Responsive layout and zoom
Some content becomes clipped, covered or requires scrolling in both directions when using small screens or high levels of zoom. In addition, zoom is restricted on some mobile devices. This can make information difficult or impossible to access for people with low vision, people who enlarge content and anyone using a small screen.
Forms and user input
Some forms have unclear instructions, incorrectly associated labels, incomplete support for autofill and error messages that are difficult to understand or are not properly connected to the relevant field. Some form controls also behave inconsistently. This can make forms more difficult to complete for people using assistive technologies, people with cognitive disabilities and anyone who benefits from clear guidance.
Dynamic content and interactive components
Some menus, dialogs, notifications and dynamically updated content do not behave consistently with assistive technologies. Important status changes are not always announced, newly displayed content is not always presented in a logical way and keyboard focus is not always managed correctly. This can make interactive features more difficult to use for screen reader users, keyboard users and people using other assistive technologies.
Search and finding information
The website does not currently provide a search function. Although content can be found through the sitemap, it may require additional navigation to locate specific information. This can particularly affect people with cognitive disabilities, reading difficulties and anyone looking for specific content.
Audio and video
Some videos contain automatically generated captions that are not fully accurate, and some important visual information is not explained through audio or text alternatives. This can make video content less accessible for deaf and hard of hearing users, blind users and people with severe visual impairments.
Technical implementation
Some parts of the underlying HTML code do not follow current best practices. While this does not always create direct accessibility barriers, it can contribute to inconsistent behaviour in browsers and assistive technologies and may affect the long term accessibility of the website.
How We Tested Accessibility
The evaluation was conducted by independent experts from Funka International. The website was assessed using manual testing and assistive technologies against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2, levels A and AA.
