What is Peak Notions?

Have you ever wondered why wellness trends feel like a substitute for religion, why men and women suddenly seem to live in different political realities, why everyone we don’t like is a narcissist now, or why self-doubt thrives in a culture of overconfidence? Have you questioned why we cling to certain beliefs even when they no longer make sense, or how cultural trends quietly reshape our worldview and inform what we believe is true?

In a time when confusion might just be the smartest response to a chaotic cultural and digital environment, Peak Notions is a guide to navigating the mess with curiosity and clarity. Here, I try to think critically, question deeply, and laugh at the utter absurdity where I can. It’s about managing the contradictions we live with, interrogating not just the beliefs of others but our own, and finding meaning in a world that makes absolutely no sense quite a lot of the time.

Every week, I take a closer look at the philosophical, cultural and social dynamics shaping our lives, untangling the noise with humour and insight. Whether it’s exploring how social media rewires our sense of self, questioning why identity feels more like a performance than ever before, or unpacking the ideological contradictions we all carry, Peak Notions offers a thoughtful space to manage and explore the confusion.
