Why subscribe to This Writing Life?
The most common question I get as an author is, “Do you write full-time now?”
I understand where this question is coming from, because at the time of writing I’ve had seven books published. From the way it looks, I really ought to be making a living from it by now.
Another comment I often get is, “One day I’m going to write a book.” Because apparently, one of the most sought after careers is being a writer.
With This Writing Life of mine I offer you a behind-the-scenes-look of what it actually means to be an author, being honest about everything it entails in terms of rejections, marketing, travelling, writing, earnings and being trolled, all of the ups and all of the downs.
Sometimes I might even share a story with you.
