I have been with Surewise for about 6…
I have been with Surewise for about 6 years. It does put my mind at rest know that I’ve got insurance for my scooter in case of theft and breakdown.
However, I don’t understand how some of it would be implemented in the case of need. For example, if I was away from home and got stranded because there was a malfunction or my battery ran out, I don’t know how they would come and get me and how long it would take, because because I have chronic pain and couldn’t wait long. I had tyre care which I’ve cancelled because last time my tyres were flat, I had to go into a car shop to get them pumped up as I cannot physically do it myself.
Now I have key care and I don’t know how that would be done if I lost my key when out and about. I did get a second key cut, but in the event that I didn’t have it with me, I would be stranded. This is a worry I’m sure for a lot of disabled people.
