DON'T BUY!!!!!!!
I started speaking with a sales representative named Sam De Costa in January regarding the purchase of a vehicle that I really liked. He told me I could pay 30% of the total cost upfront and send the remaining 70% once the vehicle arrived at my port. Based on that agreement, I sent the 30% deposit.
He then said the vehicle had to undergo an inspection before shipping. About three weeks later, he informed me that it failed the inspection because of a bad front axle. He offered two options: find another vehicle or repair the axle free of charge. Since I really wanted that vehicle, I agreed to the free repair.
After waiting more than a month, he told me they could not find the axle and that I would now have to pay an additional $1,300 for the repair. I refused because I had specifically agreed to the repair only because it was supposed to be free. I asked him to find me another vehicle instead.
It took another month and a half before he found another vehicle. He then claimed it belonged to a different vendor who required full payment, but offered a new arrangement where I would send an additional 20% (bringing my total payment to 50%) and his company would cover the other 50%. I agreed and sent the additional 20% the following day.
Three days later, he told me my payment had not reflected in time and that someone else had purchased the vehicle. He later found another vehicle on April 23, which arrived at the port on May 13 and has supposedly been waiting for a shipping date ever since.
Throughout May and June, I repeatedly asked for updates. Each time, I was told there were no available shipping slots. Then, on June 22, Sam called me with his manager, Neil, who said there was an available shipping slot at another port—but only if I paid an additional $4,000. I refused because the original agreement was that I would pay the remaining balance only after the vehicle arrived at my port. They then told me the next available shipping opportunity would not be until October.
At this point, after experiencing repeated delays, changing payment demands, and reading many similar negative reviews from other customers, I have lost confidence that I will ever receive my vehicle. They have also refused to refund the money I have already paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
