what is this?
To be completely honest, I started this substack hoping I could trick myself into sharing more and sharing imperfectly, so here I am doing just that. I write a lot about the 12th house, both as a practitioner and specialist and as a 12th house person myself.

Until now, my astrological work has consisted entirely of 1:1 readings and unpaid writing (excepting a couple paid gigs years ago), including my 12th House Season Horoscope series. I’ve known for a while now that it’s time to do more, different things; I want to make my work more accessible, and be able to reach more people at once with it.

wtf is Waymaking?
Waymaking is the cornerstone of my practice, and you can read a bunch about it here.
Waymaking is about meeting the Story inside your chart. Your planets are characters with unique roles and motivations, and your houses are unique settings and backdrops. This Story is unfolding in real time, running parallel to your life.
Waymaking is about laying down delineations on the imaginal altar, and asking them to appear before you in the form of Story. Waymaking uses the bones of astrological technique as building blocks for imaginal doorways: we step through the astrology into a Story that is alive and breathing.
You don’t have to “make up” this Story because it’s already there. Waymaking is not about animating astrological symbols the way a child plays pretend with dolls, and it is not a “choose your own adventure” game or exercise. Instead, Waymaking contends that:
the adventure has already chosen you.
we go to meet it.
