Alessandro

Hello, Alessandro!

As the sellers are dealing with thousands of keys every day, sometimes bad keys can end up in the good batches, but it's very rare! In such situations, the case is always investigated, and if the issue is confirmed, adequate solutions are certainly provided. Requesting specific information is a standard procedure so that the issue can be confidently confirmed.

Since you have already generated a ticket to contact our Support Team, please provide us with your ticket number and the order number (all of our order numbers start with o-******).

Additionally, we have reached out to you via Trustpilot regarding this matter, so that you can provide us with more information.

EDIT

Thank you for providing additional information on the Trustpilot inquiry we sent. Our team was able to locate your order. We are surprised by your update. According to your ticket "2943388", we can see that our team was waiting for your reply with additional information for quite some time. At that time the case was open and no one has stated such things.

Nevertheless, we're happily letting you know that your situation has been resolved, and a refund has been confirmed. More information has been provided to you via email. We will continue to work just as hard, if not, put in even more effort, into making sure that such occurrences would not happen in the future. Thus, providing you with the opportunity to leave some positive feedback!

2nd EDIT

Thank you very much for updating the review, Alessandro, we really appreciate that you value our work! Remember that we are always available for whatever you may need.

We hope to see you again!
