Ho ordinato due magliette che sono arrivate con un poliestere scadente, una doveva essere una polo in cotone misto poliestere. 50 euro e mi sono arrivate le magliette che vendono alle bancarelle fuori lo stadio per rendere l'idea . Ho chiesto il reso e non me l'hanno approvato dato che vivono di leggi tutte loro. Mai comprerò da questo shop schifoso

Una stella perche meno non è possibile, il mio ordine IT00979222 a nome di mio marito fatto il 9 settembre e pagato nella stessa data ad oggi non abbiamo nessuna notizia, continuiamo ad aprire ticket a cui non riceviamo risposta in buona sostanza abbiamo perso soldi, prodotto e tempo. Praticamente a un mese che mi deve arrivare il pacco dopo tante segnalazioni mi dicono che il pacco è stato smarrito ho chiesto di fare il reso dei soldi ma nessuno mi ha risposto. È veramente una truffa la sconsiglio.

Salve ho fatto un ordine il 6 settembre (N.ord.#IT00978724) con consegna stimata per il 4 ottobre anche avendo pagato 6,99€ in più per una consegna più veloce ma fino ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, anche dopo mandato diverse email specialmente con le ultime che non sono proprio state prese in considerazione, quindi a questo punto vorrei sapere come risolvere questa situazione
1) devo tutelarmi per vie legali ?
2) essere rimborsato di tutto il bonifico a voi effettuato?
3) mandami una consegna espressa dell'ordine che ho effettuato.....

Uno dei peggior siti,ordinato calendario avvento gta,dopo oltre 5 gg non avevano elaborato l ordine,inviato numero email mai risposte,poi viene elaborato e dicono spedito,ma giardando il traking hanno solo creato la spedizione e mai spedita,poi arriva email che da mia richiesta hanno annullato l'ordine ,ho dovuto aprire una contestazione paypal x farmi restituire i soldi, pessimi e truffatori

Disastroso dovrebbero far chiudere questo sito. Ho comprato uno zaino sprayground per mio figlio a fine agosto e dopo aver visto che la spedizione era ferma da viversi giorni ho contattato e mi hanno detto di aspettare fino al 20 settembre. Poi li ho ricontattati e mi hanno detto che non era normale e che avrebbero “investigato” con il corriere. Da allora ho mandato un ticket al giorno una sola risposta che mi avrebbero fatto sapere entro 2 giorni. Nessuna risposta. Una truffa. State alla larga da questo sito
AGGIUNGO CHE DOPO LA RECENSIONE MI HANNO CONTATTATO OFFRENDOMI UN BUONO SCONTO DI 5 dollari SENZA RIMBORSO DI QUELLO CHE HO SPESO E IL PACCO NON È MAI ARRIVATO. STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO SITO SONO DEI LADRI E QUELLO CHE SCRIVONO IN RISPOSTA È TOTALMENTE FALSO DA DENUNCIARE

Il pacco ancora in cina dopo che è stato spedito 10 giorni fa. Non si hanno notizie, doveva arrivare già pagando la spedizione premium, non si può annullare se non dopo 4 ore dall'ordine, cosa assurda. Non risponde nessuno.
Dopo molte email mandate, si sono offerti di rimborsarmi completamente, accetterò. Sinceramente il servizio clienti è ottimo e anche la spedizione è stata fatta subito, credo solo debbano cambiare corriere.

Quelli che si lamentano per i tempi di consegna dovrebbero capire che non stanno ordinando su Amazon e serve un po' di pazienza.

Reso non possibile ..... E dicono che non trovano l'ordine quando è scritto nell'email
L'articolo è ok... però dato che la taglia era grande ho chiesto la sostituzione....mi hanno detto che dovevo inviare foto ....se è grande è grande...a me serve per il 29 settembre 2026 giorno della laurea di mio figlio....
Quindi state attenti perché se arriva sbagliato o difettoso non viene cambiato... nonostante sul sito ci sia scritto reso gratuito....

A tutt' oggi non ho ricevuto niente e per di più non c' e nessun aggiornamento nel tracking.
Non c' è nessun servizio clienti che ti risponda.
