Horrible!!!
Horrible! Wrong flowers delivered and the balloons I ordered were ALL missing.
I ordered an extra-large arrangement, but a small one was delivered instead—with very few, almost dead flowers. This was meant for my 84-year-old bedridden mother. Because I live out of state, I couldn't step in to fix it or hand-deliver something else myself. It completely ruined the surprise, and it felt awful.
I ordered way in advance, so there is no excuse for the local florist not to get it right. I wish I could find out the name of the florist so I could call and complain directly. What kind of florist ruins someone’s special day like this?
I will NEVER use this company again.
