I originally posted a bad review for prked. I shortly after received a call from one of the owners. He explained that since I had cancelled so shortly after making the reservation the money was never taken out. While on the phone with him I checked my account. He was totally correct! I was only looking for the refunded amount. I failed to see that the money was never taken from my account in the 1st place!! My error and I apologize. In fact, they went one step further. They also refunded the service charge to me which they were 100% entitled to! Again, my apologizes. I will definitely do business with them in the future. Sorry for my not understanding the process!!! Mark G.
