I was literally and factually robbed by Aliexpress
Dear all, I would like to share my recent experience with Aliexpress, where I was literally robbed.
I purchased an e-scooter, but it did not come with any invoice or documentation from the brand. I contacted the original brand, who informed me that all their products come with documentation inside the box that legitimises the item for sale within the European Union. In view of this, I contacted the seller directly on the Aliexpress platform to request at least the invoice, but they never replied. I contacted the authorities, who, after analysis, seized the item and flagged it as counterfeit.
They also requested some documents that I asked the seller for, but once again, they never replied.
I informed Aliexpress of this situation from the outset and sent them all the documentation from the authorities, including the seizure report, but Aliexpress simply ignored it, even with all the legal evidence that the seller sold me a counterfeit item that does not comply with legal sales standards and with the document proving that this item had been seized as evidence by the authorities, which led to an investigation and prosecution in court, which I also sent to Aliexpress.
Despite all the documents and evidence of unsuccessful contact with the seller, Aliexpress never refunded my purchase, even though they knew that the seller never responded to me, which, as I said earlier, I also proved to Aliexpress.
To date, despite appeals, complaints, sending documents, etc., I have never been reimbursed. They simply pretended that nothing had happened, ignoring any documents or evidence.
It is important to understand that this situation is not unique. Truspilot has dozens, if not hundreds, of complaints of this nature. For me, with items not delivered and no refunds, it is a recurring situation. Unfortunately, I am not the only one.
I believe that for some items whose value is not excessive and which do not represent a large loss, it is a risk that can be taken, but for more valuable items, if things go wrong, as in my case, Aliexpress is literally a scam, especially when it comes to customer service.
My only hope is that, as this involves international authorities, even if I never receive my refund, at least Interpol will penalise them so that they do not continue to literally steal from customers as they did to me.
It should be noted that I have at least one email from Aliexpress stating that if I sent the seizure document from the authorities, they would issue a refund, which turned out to be just another of the dozens of lies they repeatedly sent me. Basically, they stole €1,000 from me, and this is a fact, not a story.
In truth, this is just another day for Aliexpress. I'm sure there are more customers for Aliexpress to steal from or sell counterfeit goods to.
Thank you very much.
Any response given by Aliexpress here to this explanation is simply a lie. They are pre-made, fabricated responses designed to give the impression that they are doing something for the customer, which is a complete lie.

As I said before, they are literally a bunch of con artists. AliExpress is like a gang of thieves, swindlers and liars.
