A great overall experience from Sofas and Stuff. Went to the Hungerford showroom which has 50+ sofas to view. Lorraine was excellent and arranged for 10 samples to be sent to our home. This gave us a great range of fabrics to choose from. She then really helpfully let us know the price of three of these. Ordered two Aldingbourne sofas on 8th October, just in time for Christmas. Was really surprised to get an email and text to say they were being delivered on 25th November. David and Nigel were our delivery crew and they arrived with a cheerful disposition at 7.20am. They carefully manoeuvred the sofas into the house, installed the feet and put the cushions in place. A great service and I'm delighted with my new sofas. Would highly recommend this company and their products.

This company is being used for a SCAM on Facebook Marketplace. Message from Daniel Smith responding to some furniture. "Ok I'll take but I'd like to come tomorrow but I'm currently busy with work, I'll send a Colissimo letter carrier to your home to give you your money in cash and collect the item." Went on to say he didn't want me to be out of pocket and that he would pay the insurance. I only realised it was a scam late on in the conversation. Be very careful.

I have recently moved home and used the So.Energy moving home page on their website to advise them of this. I received a quote for my new property but it was a bit high, so I decided to phone and chat about it. I got through amazingly quickly and spoke to a really helpful chap called Emmanuel. He promptly set up a new direct debit for the same amount as I had been paying previously, took a final meter reading and arranged for the switch of supply to my new property. The whole experience was quick, friendly and helpful. Really delighted with So.Energy's customer service.
