It is easy to shop at NPD, whether it be online or on the phone. I have a catalog which I use along with the website. In many places in the catalog, there are schematics which break down a group of parts and it's useful to look at these to see how parts connect and what part goes where and then it has an arrow to show you how to find the correct part number. The phone is always answered promptly and sales people are pleasant, professional and informative.

I couldn't be any happier. My wife is always able to surprise me for birthdays and such. I saw these and purchased two, one with three of our dogs and one with her special dogs. They came out fantastic and I was able to totally surprise her. It is amazing how true to the photo they came out. Very happy with the purchases.
