Review of Century Support Services
Getting dropped by Century without notice
After paying a monthly deposit for 6 months, no settlement had been made. After stopping deposits, activity greatly increased. However, they kept demanding funds on days that I was unable to accommodate and they would not take a deposit on a different date. After no more deposits from me, Century dropped me without notification. I am now inundated with calls, threats, law suits and the like. I would have preferred to stay with Century, but they terminated our relationship without what I consider to be adequate notice.

You enrolled into your Century program in March 2024 and began making your monthly program deposits. Century was able to successfully negotiate your first settlements by your 4th month enrolled into the program. In total, you successfully completed 4 of your program deposits before they were returned for Stop Payment. With the funds you deposited in, Century was able to achieve settlements on 4 of your 9 enrolled accounts, all of which were reviewed with you and you authorized. Our team was making weekly efforts to reach via phone, email and text regarding the stop payment you placed on your deposit. After 7 months with no active deposits and failed attempts to reach you, Century had no other choice but to close your program for cancellation.

Card works at stations we frequent
Card works at stations we frequent. Accounting is above average but daily notification of card use (like Fleet One/WEX) would be helpful.
