OJO's goal is to get all docs checked within 11 hours howevs it may take up to 48 hours depending on the checks that need to be done.
You are more than welcome to contact us via Live chat or email on support@playojo.com to assist you further and push up the checks for you.
OJO can be a bit of a pen pusher but does intend to be intrusive or invasive in any way and needs to verify your details in line with the requirements requested by our regulator.
As soon as your docs are in line rest assured you should not face any further delays with withdrawing your funds.
