Terrible queue system for new TCG releases. Once you're in you can buy as it leads to error 17 codes and other technical issues.

Jet2 were amazing! Very quick and easy to book the holiday. Price was very reasonable for an all inclusive.

The flight was great. Nice clean plane and very smooth.

The staff were the best part. From the checking in staff to transfer agents, all the Jet2 guys were so polite, friendly and helpful.

We're already planning our next holiday with Jet2!

Very poor customer service. We pay a large customer protection fee on items, but when it comes to actually getting help, we get poorly scripted answers and hiding behind T&C. Not good enough.

I have a message thread open for several days now and my question has not been answered.

I bought a very nice ring as a Christmas present for my wife. Well made and looks fantastic.

It did have a slight issue but customer rep Olivia managed to sort the problem very quickly without fuss which was amazing.

This is the third time we used Lily and roo and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely useless when things go wrong. Lost my parcel and they raised a query 31st May. To this day not heard anything back. You try to call but you get an automated message. You use chat but it's just a robot. Absolutely fuming at this incompetent company.

Edit: response to Kimberly. There is no way to leave a message. It asks for the reference number, it tells me it can't be delivered and to contact the seller. I AM THE SELLER!! The last 8 of the reference is 17879142. Sort it out!

First time using Yoko after being recommended by a friend and we're so glad we did. Absolutely brilliant service from the staff there. The booking process was seamless and their house at Redcar was clean and well furnished.

We managed to save a fair bit of money by booking directly with them as well.

Poor investigation done on a buyer's claim with conflicting communication and overall poor service.

For this we pay an absurd amount of sellers fee. Absolutely crap.

Just had a horrendous experience at the MK Centre post office. "Manager" Tim was incredibly rude to myself and the other customers he served.

He had a very dismissive attitude and just assumed things about the service I needed without asking i.e. throwing my post into the bag without providing proof of postage.

Having myself worked many many years in customer service, I don't think Tim should really be in a front of house role.

A real shame as this Post Office is usually quite nice and accommodating.

I just wanted to shout out how easy it was to design and order from bigbearpromo. I submitted my query for anti-RFID cards and Joe (Account Manager) responded very quickly to help me with the order. The communication from Joe was brilliant and he managed to get my order out fast after the design process.

The customers at my event were very happy with the quality of the cards.
