Problems with a kit solved quickly
I placed my 1st order for a 5th wheel hitch install kit, the kit arrived with many missing parts, I documented the short-ship situation, contacted the company and they quickly made the issue right, shipped the missing parts ( and then some!) and apologized for the inconvenience. All fine in a quick and timely matter . Great service, these people are hood people!
