Love this site. Great quality and good value. Loads of obscure titles too. Generally delivery is prompt and if something does go wrong (very rarely) they will sort it out asap. I rate World of Books highly. Use it most months and have recommended it to many others. LOVE it!

Bad and flippant service. DREADFUL delivery times. What was supposed to be a few days turned out to be a few weeks. I I appreciate this is a difficult time but when you still state a delivery time but then suddenly say AFTER cash has exchanged hands for the order to even be processed would be longer than the stated delivery time. BAD. Not interested in the fact my order said complete was clearly not. Then the item finally almost a month later arrived and was SO underwhelmed. £25 for THAT? NAH.... NEVER AGAIN. I'VE BEEN ROBBED. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AND THEN....... by way of an explanation apology they admit that yeh the device was bad but then tried to sell me more goods promising that they would do much better. Money grabbing commercial opportunism of the most cynical sort. They can't even be sincere in an apology. I DREADFUL.

DREADFUL DREADFUL DREADFUL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY BASICALLY THIEVE! TWO months later and no goods. They reply to emails with nonsensical replies. They asked you track your order, you do this and the tracking says, 'you cannot track this order'. WTaF? These people are BAD and should not be trusted. THIEVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEVING LOT

BAD!! Paid for order. When i look, says order complete. Still not received 10 days later. Says 'track your order', you click, says 'tracking not available'. what's the point?
Trying to find the 'contact us' details, which is in THE SMALLEST print on the WHOLE website is a task in itself.
Sending them cash and buying things. Paying them cash and them taking the cash...SO easy to do. Actually getting the things you paid for or complaining about NOT getting them, not so easy to find if you have sight problems.
WHY put a button to track your order when all it says is 'No tracking available' Wot the....?
You look at your order and it says, order complete. Yeh you completed taking your cash. Customer? NAH not a sausage mate. And it aint like i have been anywhere eh?
I understand that things are tricky now but if you can't deliver what you say on your site? Simple, say so!

Quick, efficient, incredible value. You really can't get better than this site. I have gone to many opticians over the years and this is the cheapest (i got 3 pairs for less than just one elsewhere) but the glasses are not cheap, they are just amazing value. Can't recommend highly enough!!
