I had some queries that required confirmation and after speaking to a very helpful staff member, I had the answers to my questions.

We were away on the day of delivery. The box of wine was left on our doorstep for a day and a morning before we arrived back home.
The wine should have been left out of sight from the main road under the front lounge window where it is sheltered from view.

Very helpful member of staff who searched for the best option to travel to our next holiday destination.

You can accept that mistakes can happen when booking a holiday and arranging car transport to hotels. I am no longer going to use your services as a result of the refusal to reimburse me for an error in booking recently. I was going to correct the error the next day but your conditions do not allow for mistakes!
Hope you do not make any mistakes!!

Helpful advice and early response to my request for cabin choice.

The light bulb for my electric oven blew out within 48 hours. It was brand new!

David was the salesman who took time to show us a number of sofas and chairs for us to try. We made two visits to the store; the first was just to see what was available then a follow up visit to confirm our wish to proceed with a purchase.
On the second visit David was very helpful in explaining the technical aspects of the sofa etc and that helped us confirm the sale.

Excellent product but it did not get the bulb cover off!

An excellent choice of fine wines which we shall enjoy. Great service also.
