Bad customer service
On the website I ordered Uk 5/ Euro 38. When the wetsuit boots arrived they were a US 6 which is a uk 4. I called customer service to say they had sent the wrong boots but the lady was incredibly unhelpful and rude and said I had ordered the wrong size and that I had ordered a mens euro 38 which was a US 6. I double checked their website and there isn’t even an option to order this. The phone cut off and no one called me back and considering it took me half an hour to speak to someone I didn’t have the time to call back. I emailed but no response as yet so issue still not resolved.
I have once again been contacted to say I have ordered the wrong size. I wish I could add a photo of the website which shows you can order a UK 5/Euro 38. No mention of US sizes. I ordered a UK 5/euro 38 and sent a size 6 US which is a size 4 UK. Your reply has not helped resolve this issue at all and you need to change your website to make it clearer

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of this issue. Ripcurl use US sizing on their products, we advertise the sizing in both UK and EUR on our site to make it easier for our UK and EUR customers to purchase the correct size. I have requested a colleague to get in touch to offer assistance.

Fantastic service
Full size sample tiles sent for minimal money and no postage and arrived quickly. This was followed up by a courtesy call and email to check we had received tiles.
