Perfect except the car too weak for Madeira -1 star

Everything was perfect: fast check-in and check-out, car delivery and collection to the airport (for an extra €25). The staff were friendly. The only downside is the power of the car - definitely too weak and not suitable for Madeira. Pity, this is why I'm removing 1 star - it spoils the overall experience

Madeira’s roads can be quite steep, so for 4–5 passengers or for extra comfort, we usually recommend choosing a higher car category with a more powerful engine. Our website offers a wide range of options, from economical small cars to larger and more comfortable vehicles.

Easy and trust car rental platform

Everything is very smooth via the QeeQ application on mobile.
Customer service is answering emails and even calling back in 1 day.
No issue at all.
Modification and cancellation easy and reimbursement in 1 week.

SAV au top

Je ne peux pas parler de mon expérience d'achat mais j'ai acheté du matériel d'occasion de cette marque et franchement le SAV est réactif et au top même si vous n'avez pas acheté chez eux. Rien que pour ça je recommande.

Parfait !

Produit conforme !
Pas de surprise, tout est comme indiqué sur le site (délai, tarif, contenu ...).
Réponse aux emails très rapide (avant et après achat).

Pour info, mon colis a été perdu par DHL et Purnima a été très professionnel dans sa réponse et m'a renvoyé un colis aussitôt la perte déclaré par DHL.

Je recommande les yeux fermés.
