I ordered a floral bouquet, a balloon and a stuffed bear for my sister’s birthday. The flowers and balloon arrived. The bear did not. Even though their site suggested the add-on, they did not submit the bear in my order. Yet they didn’t tell me and just took my 19.99 + fees. Is that theft or fraud? After I complained they wouldn’t fulfill the order, but offered a partial refund. The refund of 19.99 DID NOT solve my problem. I ordered the bear for a reason.
