Was super easy to a book an at-home haircut! Ana who came was super professional and kind.

Easy to book - and rebook (the cleaner assigned to me fell ill on the day). Customer service was very helpful. Fair prices, polite, work-oriented cleaners - I would recommend this service.

The cleaner’s work was completely unacceptable. Upon returning to the country, I discovered smudge marks on all the mirrors, poorly vacuumed carpets, dust left behind doors, and a vacuum cleaner that had not even been emptied.

Even more concerning, the sliding shower door was broken. Given the condition in which it was left, it appears to have been handled with excessive force. The cost of repairing or replacing it is likely to run into hundreds of pounds.

Despite these issues, WeCasa is refusing to take responsibility simply because I returned to the country after its three-day reporting deadline. This is deeply disappointing and feels entirely unreasonable, particularly given that the damage and poor cleaning were only discovered upon my return.

The standard of service was unacceptable, and the refusal to take accountability has made an already frustrating experience considerably worse.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company. Based on my experience, the cleaning standards were poor, and the approach to handling complaints and taking responsibility has been equally disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience with Wecasa and Dima!

Since having my first baby, I’ve been struggling to get out of the house and haven’t quite been feeling like myself, especially as I can no longer easily pop to the salon. I came across Wecasa on Google and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!

They sent Dima, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so lovely, friendly, professional and trustworthy, and instantly made me feel comfortable in my own home. She did a fantastic job with my waxing, and despite having very sensitive skin, I didn’t have a single mark or irritation afterwards. The products she used were brilliant too!

Having had a C-section, I was a little nervous, but Dima was so gentle and considerate throughout. She was also incredibly understanding when I needed to check on my newborn and breastfeed him to sleep during the appointment. As a new mum, that level of patience, kindness and understanding meant so much to me.

I honestly can’t thank Dima enough. She helped me feel like myself again and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so relaxing and easy. I would 100% recommend Dima to anyone looking for a professional, caring and talented beautician. I’ll definitely be booking her again! ❤️

Came at the time booked. Worked extra hard throughout their time here. Tenants had left the house in a state. Deep clean was worth it. The pro was highly skilled.
