I I had an issue with my couch. The thread for the leg screw was stripped/damaged, making it impossible to screw in and install the leg. After contacting customer support, my issue was handled very quickly and efficiently. They offered to replace the faulty part (couch) with a new one. The service was fast and smooth—I highly recommend them!

Delivery and product in perfect order. Problems and frustration with customer service handled by bots were finally resolved by a human in 5 minutes after a negative review, but costs me a week of struggle. More people, fewer bots.

Quick and easy available Consultan, who is exceptionally polite and helpful. The most surpriceing was including to my Order by Consultant the additional discount that I did not noticed when placing the Order.

Great coustomer service most of them are very helpfull and kind. But some od them are probabably forced to be kind and respectful. Miss Patrycja and Justyna are the best workers on Polish customers service. But the foreigner lady need to go to mandatowy behavior and calmnes seminar or smth.

The store offers excellent products at attractive prices. My experience with customer service has been excellent. Excellent communication, friendly, and competent service. They quickly found a solution to my problem. I highly recommend it.

I'm delighted with the level of customer service. The effort of Mrs Patrycja from Customer Service put into helping me with my order seems to be even unreal. It's the first time in my life I've encountered someone so dedicated to their work. I'm incredibly impressed. If it weren't for mrs Patrycja, the transaction wouldn't have happened. She coordinated everything and dedicated so much time and effort to getting me through the entire process. I'm completely blown away by how wonderfully I was treated as a customer. Things like that don't happen in today's world. I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience it.

Terrible customer service! They advertise as having advisors 5 days a week when in fact they don't respond to messages on whatsapp or take calls. There is no way to get a commercial invoice for your order.

Even their answer is a lie to a review. I contacted support, only way to get an invoice is to pay for an order an then send them a message requesting invoice (but there is no way to change delivery or billing info after placing the order.)

Additionally they don't respect RODO, they sent a lot of SMS and emails if you don't go through the checkout process NOT GIVING THEM NEWSLETTER PERMISSIONS.

This company undoubtedly employs excellent staff, and even if the products are not perfect, they know how to compensate the customers :) Best regards, Mrs. Patrycja

Good quality and very nice looking furniture

Top product and service! Ordered two meanwhile. One of them had tech. isaues after 6 months - the replacement has been delivered within 2 weeks. Definetly recommended seller!
