No email for my “account “ so I could cancel the subscription before the 30 days was up, but they sure have my credit card on file. I’ve had my bank decline the card. But there is zero emails to reset my password to login and sort this out. You’re forced to create a paid account to even look at the app. There’s zero information on how to contact customer service. Just another app out to take money and make it impossible to cancel.

This is an incredible tool, and completely user friendly app. Fast, correct, and informative tool, worth every penny. So far have not found any Cons for my list.

First time user and first item. Very simple app to use. Everything I need at my fingertip! If your like me and know very little about computers/phone, this does all the work for you!! Love it🙂

The app was quick and easy to use, giving me the item's value from high to low, and the potential time for it to sell on different platforms.

There was a small learning curve with the photos. It saw the pattern on the floor as a background object. I finally found the skip button below and pressed it, ignoring the red X by the photo. The photo was good. Speed was a little slower than stated on our basic 5G service. Otherwise, pricing looked reasonable and the process was straitforward and accurate. Samsung 24 Ultra

This app takes time to get use to how it works. Every time I scan an item it gives me a ball park from 13.00 to 35.00 and best sale price of 25.00. This is what it always does. The real, exact pricing, is available for more money. I paid only for the scanning and generalizing of price. If you’re ok with that, it’s good. If you want more info you have to pay for it. I’m a seller on WantNot and the generalized price is fine with me.

I was only connected to your site for one day when I requested a refund as it was a mistake. I have had nothing but grief about your company refusing to give me a refund when connecting to your site was a mistake. I’m still waiting for word on my refund.

I am not getting an answer. I paid 139.00 for the lifetime product to use the service but I only get sent to a page to pay more. Someone please explain why and exactly what the “lifetime Product’ is. It appears to be useless.

Just purchased Value Scout earlier today. Tried to value a 2023 World Scout Neckerchief, and I was very pleased with the results. Much more information than I expected.

I will continue to send reviews after I understand all the bells and whistles. Seems very easy to use. Specific information about the severe weather conditions at the jamboree was an added bonus...which added to the value of the neckerchief.
I am pleased ....so far.

Some pricing was off. I am a reseller on ebay.

I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. I’ve only come across a few of my items that it couldn’t help me with. Otherwise it’s been a totally awesome experience.
Best of all it has kept me from selling valuable items for way under what they are worth! I really am enjoying finding out how much items I have are truly worth!
