Terrible to have to deal with. Avoid!

Booking was ok initially, but as soon as there was a change from the airline dealing with the customer service and getting email confirmations of changes, was horrible. Bad phone lines, customer service reps just saying what they had repeated and not answering our questions, confirmation emails without any details specifically for us etc.
We were also due a refund for part of the trip. This took 3 months and lots f chasing to get, even though for 2 weeks they said they had the refund from the airline, but didn't pay it to us...
Never again booking through Flightnetworks!

Unacceptable handling of communication before the trip

Supersavertravel.se and Flight Network
owned by the international e-commerce group Etraveli Group

The experience is that as soon as we had bought our ticket, we were uninteresting as customers.

You completely filled our inboxes with automatically generated emails in which you repeatedly claimed that you had canceled our trip because the airline had made a five-minute time adjustment.

Many emails, chats and phone calls to you not only took a lot of time but also created discontent and concern that we would not get on our trip.

We will not book through you again and will of course advise everyone in our network not to use your substandard services.

Scammers and Thieves – Stay Away!

FlightNetwork is a complete scam. They lure customers in with cheap prices, then rob you with hidden fees and terrible service. If you need a refund or any assistance, they will give you the runaround and refuse to help. Their customer service is useless, and they will do anything to keep your money. Avoid these thieves and book directly with the airline to save yourself from being scammed!
